On Tuesday, October 25 we will be joined by professional chefs from Fudo, a restaurant in Maribor, Slovenia for a hands-on cooking lesson and dinner. Chef and owner Simona Zdovc together with her chef Robi Breznik will share a few recipes for a very limited number of guests.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves alongside the chefs who will be teaching us hands-on lessons in cooking two popular Slovenian dishes. We’ll prepare a delicious goulash to warm our hearts and then two types of struklje, one savory and one sweet, both good for the soul.
The event is $85 per person and will include wine. Reservations are required and space is limited!
