On Monday, October 24 we will be joined by professional chefs from Fudo, a restaurant in Maribor, Slovenia for a multi-course dinner. Chef and owner Simona Zdovc together with her chef Robi Breznik will take over the kitchen at the Slovenian National Home for this special pop-up dinner.
Dinner will be five courses. The first course will be a special surprise welcoming appetizer. The rest of the meal will include a marinated beef appetizer with pickled fennel and grapes, beef soup with noodles and parsley oil, baby-backed pork ribs served with saurkraut and bread dumplings. Finally, prleska gibanica will be served for dessert.
The event is $85 per person and includes two glasses of wine or beer. Reservations are required and space is limited!
